Once you decide to book with us, you enter
the details requested and you will receive a
confirmation email.
2 hours before your session starts, you will
receive a 4 digit code for the padlock to
the gate. Enter this, press the button to
release and drive into the secure car park.
Please always drive into the car park and
close the gate behind you for yours and
your dogs safety.
Enter the park by the green pedestrian
gate. We have poo bags all around the
park and 5 poo bins. Please use these for
all waste.
lf you bring toys, please remove. Please
keep the park clean and tidy and if you
spot any ripped up toys, we really
appreciate you picking that up to ensure
the safety of your dog. If anything is not to your satisfaction
then please contact us right away.
If you need to cancel your booking, we will
normally only offer a reschedule less than
24 hours and no refunds or reschedules
with less than 12 hours notice.
