Chase n Tales Dog Park Terms and Conditions

By booking and entering our parks, you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

 

Arrival

 

Do not enter the park unless you have booked. Don’t arrive any earlier than 5 minutes before your session, if there is someone in the car park then wait outside and do not enter until they have left. If they leave late, please contact us.

Use the 4-digit code to unlock the padlock and drive into the car park, closing the gate behind you.

When you leave, ensure you leave 5 minutes before your booking ends, and you must close and lock the gate.

Dog owners and carers are advised to inspect the parks, car parks, including the fencing before dogs are off lead. We check the park on a daily basis but cannot prevent wild animals entering and exiting the park.

 

Play dates.

 

You, the owner of the dog/s must supervise consistently and never leave dogs unattended.

Children are welcome, but must be comfortable around different sizes and breeds of dogs.

Dogs must be sociable and friendly around other dogs, people and children.

We have the right to ask anyone and their dogs to leave at any stage, and no refunds will be given.

Bitches must not be in season, due a season or just came out of a season.

Dogs must not be humping, over licking or generally overstimulated.

Any dog causing issue, being a pest to other dogs, being too dominant will be asked to leave.

Third party play dates organised by external companies are booked in advance, and owners must read both ours and their terms and conditions.

We take no responsibility for any death, injury, loss, accidents, damage or theft which may occur during play dates. You the owner or carer of the dogs are fully responsible and visit play dates at your own risk.

 

Dangerous Dogs Act 1991

Dangerous dogs Act 1991: it is a condition precedent to liability that for any dog which is a banned breed under the dangerous dogs act 1991 and/or subsequently amended within the United Kingdom the following guidelines are strictly adhered to.

 

  • The dog is registered with the Index of Exemption Dog (IED) and a copy of the life certificate is obtained and provided in the event of a claim.
  • A copy of the public liability insurance certificate for the dog is obtained and made available in the event of a claim.
  • The dog handler ratio is 1:1 at all times.
  • All guidelines under the IED are strictly adhered to at all times and the dog must be neutered and micro chipped.
  • The handler must check the field is secured both around the perimeter fence and the car park area.
  • The car park gate is securely locked while in the area to prevent any public entering (dog should be on a lead and muzzled in and around public spaces but can be removed once in the park. Extra caution to ensure the park is empty by checking the perimeter fencing first).
  • If the household has more than one dog, they can come to the park together, but the banned breed dog must have its own handler and then another member of the same household needs to be present to supervise the other dogs. If there is more than one banned breed in the household, they can come together, but each dog must have its own handler.

 

Responsibility

 

Chase n Tales Dog Park has the appropriate insurance cover however will not be held responsible for any persons, animals or vehicles in our parks or car parks or nearby. Use of these facilities are entirely at the owners and carers risk.

Dog owners and dog professionals should have their own appropriate insurance cover. Dogs should be regularly wormed and vaccinated. If your dog becomes unwell before booking, please contact us to reschedule.

It is the person who books, the owners and/or the carers responsibility to ensure the parks,  car parks, equipment including fencing is suitable and not damaged before use. If your dogs should escape in or around our parks, we do not take responsibility for any death, loss, illness, damage or injury anywhere in or around our parks or car parks.

We at Paws n Play Adventure Park are not responsible for any death, theft, loss, injury, illness or accidents sustained while in or near our parks or car parks to any animals, pets, children or persons.

You are here at your own risk to yourself, your dogs, children and vehicles.

Children and dogs must be supervised at all times and children must not climb on the agility equipment.

Dog mess, toys, and broken toys removed or use the bins provided.

No smoking permitted in the parks or car parks at any time.

We have CCTV recording at our parks for security reasons.

Please report any damages to any equipment or fencing to us immediately.

We have the right to ask anyone to leave or not allow future bookings if we decide.

Cancellations with less 24 hours notice will not be refunded but may be rescheduled at our discretion.

The person booking as well as the person entering the park is fully responsible for reading and understanding these terms and conditions. Once you enter, you are automatically agreeing to these.
